CNPINKLIPS Beauty Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.  

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Tracking order's will be sent out to the e-mail provided at checkout within 24- Business hours.

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

When this happens more than likely the package was marked as delivered accidentally and will arrive the following business day. In a rare case that it does not, please contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS hotline. We are not responsible for packages once they are out of our facility and the carrier has received it. To ensure you receive your package track your order and be available to receive your package on the set date.
